I am waiting for one of you guys to remove the cowling, modify the engine mount, extend the landing gear and install one of those radial engines and make an F11C-2 Goshawk.

You are correct on the cables and jack screw.

The best I can tell the ARF "teardrops" are too narrow on the top-side by the "N" struts. On the real hawk it looks as if only the cowling is black directly below the top wing but my findings are...

Ok, here you go..
as you can see the first photo is of the XF11C-2. I have a 1/48 scale Classic Airframes that I modified and painted up like it.
