Then thats probably why you only have 8 minuets of run time. I don't have much room to drive the truck in the winter, so I can't go full throttle ,most of the time....

What battery are you using, stock? I don't know why you are getting 8 minuets of run time.... I use a Duratrax IntelliPeak pulse charger and charge at 1 amp and I get around 15 minuets. Are you using...

How many amps do you charge you battery at?

Something is wrong. My Mini LST is mostly stock and I get 15 to 20 minuets of run time. What charger are you using? I would suggest that you get a nice peak charger.
