If all is failing, then you do have a problem with LACK OF FLUID PRESSURE!!! Pressurise your smoke setup to about 50-6- PSI and run the turbine and see if it helps!!!

your brass tube should be hugging the turbine exhaust pipe in a full circle, then it should point out towards the rear at the edge of the nozzle, Not toward the center. Keep moving the...
