If I remember correctly, it will break apart at the ming and boom junction and just ahead of the stabilizer and boom. Take a look at post #54 and you can get a good idea

I received my Royal 1/5th scale F4U1-a today....looks like somebody chopped down a tree stuffed it in a box and slapped a Royal label and a pic on it.:DBOY you Royal guys are one tuff breed...
