I recall that the saddle for my horiizontal stabilizer had the same issue. I sanded the middle down until the stabilizer laid flat.

Hello CMOULDER;

I just checked and I have just a touch of right thrust currently but it might need more. I will test out the change in downthrust and larger propeller before I make more changes....
