mate..ive checked and re checked..i have them on callipers rite infront of me..they are 16mm shocks..ive bought 4 sets now off fleebay and they are all 16mm shocks...

no pads mate...just remove the pads ..mission its self..metal on fibre..

get the dynamite fibre disc brakes(or equiverlent) and prob solved..take the pads off ya brakes and install the discs..even a...

ok...fail safe ..get a throttle return spring..you cant go wrong..i run one with my spektrum just to be sure...

spektrum..mine is a dx2.0.. love the thing...no issues and i even turn it off and...

brakes on the hyper st pro/hyper 8/8.5 are poor..easy fix...== pro-tune linkages and dynamite fibre discs with metal pads...best brakes ever..its got flipping power even with a crap servo and the epa...

hey bud...you will need

1 hyper 8.5 reciever box
1 hyper 8/8.5 graphite servo tray
1 hyper 8 fuel tank holder thingy
2x nut and bolts for inside the reciever box..

ive never used greese or lube on my diff cups...ive had 4 hyper 8 pro bugs..1 hyper 8.5 bug and 2 hyper st pro truugys and have never worn the cups or bone heads at all...thats useing a sts.30...

what u can do is get a small flat grindeing wheel that goes with a dremel and grind a line thru the top of the head for a flat head screw driver..carefull not to grind the crown gear to much.

i canr remember but just look for hyper st pro parts or hyper 8 parts..some guys put the hyper 8.5 knuckles on aswell

mate get them off fleebay...i just bought rear+front chubs with the cnc knuckles and bearings for 27 fitty plus 8 bucks shipping..

they are so much stronger than the cast ally..

if you shim the inside its perfect mesh...i think that gold shim is only there to keep the dust out of the crown pinion area...the bearings are what hold the diff in nice and tight..i too left that...

yes ..do locktight the wheel nuts..use the blue stuff tho..not red..nothing worse than loosing a nut and not been able to run

dont use the greese they supplied with ya kit...its crap...use a good quality diff oil..there are many weights of it..do a little search in this thred and other threds and you will find the answers...
