Thanks for all the info. That's all good to know...but I think I'm still going to wait for the metal gears. It's not something I want to dig into several times. I'd rather install them...

Hey guys thanks for the help. The Tamiya BL 12T system recomends 9:1 to 11:1 gearing. I have mine set at 9.35:1. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
