For the turbine, just spin it by end…should rotate, then fresh fuel, fresh new battery unless the old one was maintain…..charge it and test run on a bench might not start the first time….but it will...

I never used reducer, I slip a 4mm tubing on the pump nipple cut that flush then slip the 6mm (it will be tight used some fine oil) then lock wire both and they will not come out....

Used my dremel with a long drill bit ⅛" , drill a the small hole at a steep angle then file it up to get the line in.....the worst job in this assembly....but still fairly easy.

I did a bunch of measurements from the back end...

I did a bunch of measurements from the back end to make sure it was center.....for the 2 fillers I used 3mm bolts and blind nuts, so I can change them if ever require, also blind nuts for the engine...
