I had a stearman (just the airframe ) shipped from Florida to me in Dekalb IL area. The seller took it to the UPS store and they packed and shipped the cost was 195.00 plus insurance the packaging...

Very nice setup. I also am very close all I have to do is sink ft160's etc and do the normal ground runs. I figure it will be flying within a week or so.

I did take my F7F out in the sun to do...

Cut open the wing center to do the mod today. I installed a wooden spar towards the rear and center section and glued them to the ribs, then I did the Col Winter mod. Took about 1 and a half hours....

Charles when you look from the inside towards the leading edge can you tell if it may have any type of forward spar in the leading edge or trailing edge area...

The new RCV 130 would sure be a nice choice. I have the RCV 90's in my KMP B25 26lb, it flys but very scale.

That is what I did, through bolt rather than the horns they supplied. When I put the bolt through I ran up to ACE hardware and picked up some washers with a rubber backing then bolted it.
