I have never encountered a "clean" Saito case rear bearing bore sufficiently heated for easy fit assembly damaging or destroying a front bearings seal previously...

If your going to use screw extractor/ezy outs go for the square bevelled edge types and not reverse spiral types,Reverse spiral types expand the drilled bolt and help to make the job more difficult...

Go to your local bolt/fastener supplier and ask for a cap head screw 2.5mm x .45mm x 15mm.It is a standard size.They would retail for about 15 cents au each.

New does not mean it is perfectly serviceable unfortunately,recheck for blockages and vacuum/air leaks and the seal between end float button and rear case/plenum.Check valve seal and spring...

Checked for crap in fuel delivery passage and the spray bar of carb ?,all carb,intake and plenum "o"-rings have perfect seal ?.

Double check valves are free in their guides and check valve clearance,lubricate valve guides and also a couple of drops of oil on rocker bearings and rocker...
