RE: Thunder tiger ST-1

Here's how I did it.

My problem was that the receiver in the ST-1 RTR kit has a BEC circuit built into it (it even says so on the receiver). When connecting the battery to the "batt" connector...

RE: Thunder tiger ST-1

Just an update. I got my y-cable yesterday and I just tried it. Y-CABLE IS THE **** :) The difference in servo performance was impressive. No more thoughts about getting a stronger servo, The 10.6...

Perhaps...

RE: Thunder tiger ST-1

13-15KG sounds like a monster servo. I thought that the really strong servos were too slow to use as steering servo. Then again, my servo can't do the task.
I haven't contacted Thunder Tiger about...

RE: Thunder tiger ST-1

The servo is a 10Kg/cm 0.13 sec. I have moved the linkage on the servo one hole closer to make it a bit stronger.

I doubt that the voltage drop is due to the fact that the receiver user some...

RE: Thunder tiger ST-1

Could anybody help me out here?

I use the standard Jaguar radio system with my TT ST-1. The problem is that the steering is weak. I have changed the steering servo to a more powerful but it is...
