I dont know about the small boats, but I scuffed the bottom of my Donzi 49 with 600 grit paper dont know if it made a difference , I didnt do a before and after gps run

thanks for all advice guys , I put some foam between the batteries and the hull, also Ill try taping the lid shut next time, Ill try a seal around the antenna hole, or a piece of fuel tubing instead...

anybody else having trouble keeping water out of the radio box ?, flipped mine twice, both times took on water in the radio box, sunk like a stone except for the bow sticking up out of the water,...
