I recommend putting the track vertical as opposed...

I recommend putting the track vertical as opposed to horizontal though.. In the future it allows you to change you shelf height......

Yup!! They now have 4 semi circular friction plates (Think old style drum brakes on cars).. Pretty aggressive and stop GREAT! but i am having trouble with one side locking up
