my excuse is i got a sore arm from all the sanding on the nose ring and sore throat from all the balsa dust so a few beers were called for

ok guys i need a little inspiration on my 1/5 pica waco.iv'e got to the stage where i need to make up the rudder and elevator push rods,my problem is i always try to keep them as straight as possible...

i don't know if the dates are acurate but you are in the ball park,the later kit seems to be better die cut & includes the abs wing fairings also a better manual. but with the help of this site many...

Well A Start Has Been Made, did a parts Check and it seems to be all present so i moved on to cut new F1,F4b,&F14b all from 1/4 ply, im now starting the top wing center section

yes it is a bird dog. that has been the hold up for starting the waco it's a ikon kit that has been a right pain but must say it flys well

a friend just came round to visit and come up with an idea try an auto shop for the r clips they use them to fit brake pads

oh my it seems like ive got to a milestone i'm upto 100 pages.some great info with a good bit of entertainment also,iv'e actualy opened the box now and all seems in good order its a later kit...

sadly a fellow member at our club passed away recently and i dont want to sound to pleased but his wife has just sold of his aircraft and equipment and i have just become the owner of a pica 1/5 kit...
