I just put the holes in the new Dave Brown (.60-.70 size) round mount. I have been using it this way for a couple years now no problem.
I have 3" foam wheels on my Raptor and I put a longer nose...

It's been a while since I posted to this thread so I thought I would chime in again. DON'T underpower this plane guys. She flys a lot better with power. I have the GMS .61 in mine and it flies...

patzane.... A.61FX or .75 AX will fit in the nose(they have roughly the same dimensions as my GMS). I have a GMS .61 in mine and it has the same dimensions as a .76 GMS. I had both laying around but...

I've been reading this thread for sometime now. I have my Raptor put away for winter. Have had snow for over a month now. I am flying mine with a .61GMS 2 st, functioning flaps and no trainer gear....
