Do you think it is necessary to use thread lock once I have dremeled out the mount?

I dont and didnt. The stock nuts are the self locking type. Snug them up just nice and you will be fine.

I dont remember those numbers. On 12 cells and not lipos? 14 cells or lipos, ya. If I remember OC did 40 on 12 cells and a 642 but I could be wrong.

That would be called the teflon liner. The original liner is still in the stuff tube you just didnt know it. Now you have an extra or backup liner.
