Thank you to berlincam86, nomobux, ryan_t888 and p01rogue for your help. Got her going. Ended up just adjusting trim one setting at a time. Mine ended up being -36 on the throttle with servo...

hmm, mind of it's own. Now have throttle but forward throttle provides increased throttle and pulling the trigger provides less. Have tried with reversing switch as well. ????

Yes, I have steering and it functions as it should. This radio is brand new and has not been installed in anything else.
