hey rlowesan i to had to replace my rotor head.... maybe your missing to see the tiny pin that goes across just above the swashplate just get a good grip with some needle nose pliers and pull........

its more like a contant left drift if its on the ground. it hops with a left movement.. if i snap the throttle it will lift quickly but it will do a quick 180 degree turn.... i do appreciate your...

WELL IM GLAD THERE IS ALOT OF US WITH FALCON 40'S.
I GOT MINE A FEW WEEKS AGO.. HAD ONLY FLOWN A PICCOO-Z BEFORE,BUT WAS ABLE TO GET IT TO HOVER A BIT,BUT CONSTANTLY HAVING TO LAND I NEEDED MORE...
