No, I have never had or cut for that matter a CF spinner. I had TBM cut it for me. I didnt notice that the the guy who started this huge thread , did use a 4.5 cf spinner. guess it...

Well, I broke down and ordered a Petes CF Spinner to top off this Yak. I ordered a 4 inch, then when I got the invoice emailed to me from TBM, they sent a 4.5 inch, ugh! Too late, UPS already picked...

About all my Hitec Digitals make some kind of noise just while in the netural position. Till I bump the sticks atad. I guess that "buzz" is what we pay extra for:D.

I called Chris from EF about the stand off size. He said to use 2.5 inch. Yes, you can use the 3 inch but the engine will vibrate more ,which isnt real good for the airframe. Thats straight from the...

Yea, I'm still tryin to decide if I want to use the "baffle" or not. I know know Chris from EF says use it, thats what its designed for. I'd much rather leave it out , but I dont want any cooling...

I ended up glueing it down. I think I read Josey Wales just cut the covering up to open it up when he had to get to the servo. So I ended up doin it also..
