THreaded rod is not a good idea. Vibration and break it. I've seen some use them for servo connections. Your flying on borrowed time

One way I tighten up my rudders on my planes id to double up the CA Hinges. makes them real stiff

I sanded a "bevel" type angle their to make it flush with the side of the fuselage, Then ran down the line of it with that balsa filler stuff

I threw the unfinished wings on and the canopy to see how this is looking. Fuse is a Charcoal Metallic and the wing will be gray near the fuse and white toward the outside

The only two notches that come to mind are on the very back of the fuselage which help hold on the big tailcone when that gets built. Those notches are about 1 1/2 inches apart and on the bottome...

You need to down load the manual form the site because one does not come with it. If the pictures come out weak, don't worry, the same pictures and more will be on a CD that will come with it.
