Has anyone using the Park 480 1020kv motor with the APC 10x7 SF prop had a problem with the props failing after a little while because of the speed it is spinning at?

You hit the nail on the head. When I flew it first, I had the throttle pinned after take-off and was too focused on keeping the plane upright that I forgot to back it off.

The fuselage is listed for $39.94 on the next page after you click "see all" next to the "parts listing" header. There isn't a picture of it, but it is listed.

I run the Flight Power 2170MAh batteries. They have a 25C continuous, 50C burst discharge rate. They barely warm up.

Well, it was inevitable. My Pulse took it's spinner landing pretty hard.

I fixed this problem by breaking the glue bond between on e of the elevator halves and the CF rod that joins them together. I then re-aligned the halves and glued it all back together.

Short answer, it doesn't.

Long answer, I run and AR7000 receiver. I get 7 channels and 2 receivers in 15 grams with 2 little 3" antennae. Good enough for me.

I had the same problem. I could not get them out with heat either. I just slit the length of the bubbles and dropped a little thin CA in the openings.

Doesn't look as good as if the covering...

That's the prop I bought. Fits in the DuBro spinner perfectly. Do you still get some pretty good speed out of it when you want to?
