I use a 3S-1300mah and it last several starts, enough for a full day with plenty to spare. Standard engine stand offs are same as used on non starter version and need some spacers to allow gear bolt...

The EME70 is a sweet engine. Bought mine from Milehigh with starter installed. Installed on 96 inch AMR-RC stick to replace DLE50. Ran perfect out of box. Very smooth with great throttle transition....

Per my earlier post == I use 3S-800mah and I do need the choke for cold starts. Switch will not let engine turn but a few revolutions each time so I believe you will need to choke no matter what....
