a OS 120 sp turns a 17x6 apc at 9500 rpm and a saito 150 at a bout 8900 to 9000

I was at the field last night and watched a f90 rip the gear off on a dead stick landing on its maiden voyage It was a original f90 with out the wing reinforcements with a ys 110 looks like it would...

on a Saito 150 the first thing that you have to ask is do you run a fuel filter if not you have to check your carb for contaminates and then put in a good fuel filter I like the ones that you can...

The higher the idol is the better the transition should be to full throttle as long as the engine is set up right the alternative would be to use a slower servo on the throttle the other thing is...

If there is nothing wrong with the settings and it is just from the violent maneuvers you could try putting the throttle trim all the way up until you land the higher trim might keep it running better

If you toss a prop or just loosen one up you are too lean that does note mean that the high end is lean but the low end is. The best way to set the low end on a 150 or most of the non pumped 4cycles...

air flow on a 4cycle is always a issue you need the head of the engine to have adequate air flow over it to make the engines run properly once you learn how to set them up it is easy. the 2 to 1 air...

A 17x6 is a good prop for the 150 and it will not over rev I would think that it would be 8800 to 9000 on 20/20 fuel and with a 17x4 I think you would be too close to the 10500 max rpm range and IMO...

if your plane tracks toward the wheels then the up thrust should have helped that
