This is really interesting Kmot and Carousel! I will follow the testing of the new intake plate. If the 400 can run without glow the engine will be perfect :)

as long as the engine gets fuel, and glow at low rpm it will run for many model lifes;)

if you want better sound and quality i would have bougth a saito 325.

does'nt look bad to me.. when you have a edge for the valve to seal against you will get more pressure on the seal area and a tighter seal , wont ya?

Here is a report from me!
Since this engine has produced an oily mess and to me it looks like it is getting plenty of lubrication with ordinary 15%oil mix , i have experimented a bit with a fuel...

I have not checked the rpm on the 22x10 ,but the engine sounds like it is working more than when i used a 20x10, which i like. Also the FW 190 is not heavy for the engine so it pulls it with...

Maybe one day, i dont have a video recorder ,the camera i have does'nt record the sound well , you have to hear it live ;) you should get side pipes on your Zero ;) !

I like the 200r3 from saito ! That one is not too heavy for my 50cc Pitts python , if you can make a 3cyl radial not much heavier than the 200r3 but with a bit more horse power i think it will fit...

I changed the bearings after they failed in the air , they had rusted in pieces . I have now drilled a hole and installed a nipple in the front cover near the "ASP" badge , so i squirt some oil...
