well i think this is a first....
was bashing hard on my mt2
and i thought i stripped my rear ring gear..
pull truck apart and ring gear is fine...
i pull diff out and the screw heads fall out...

i race mine but keep the stock radio compartment

mt2 18ss has hardened diff outdrives turnbuckles cvds better motor mount better tires ect
but you need to provide your own radio gear

lol i know
all fixed up
threadlocked the cap's
rebuilt all the shocks
filled em with 45wt oil and replaced the rear hub

ordering ceramic bearings
and new wheels and tires soon

im not running awd so its a whole diff animal
hard to control
went off a jump and landed a bit short and blew shock out and snapped the hub

well im having problems with my 18ss+
ever since i upgraded to the os 18 i keep demolishing diffs
can someone link me to some better quality diffs that wont crumble

the engine ill be using is an OS.18TM
proline boe ties - yes i like how they work on the local tracks dirt
allready has a good steering servo with 125 oz of torque
i have a spektrum system...

put a list togethor on what im gonna be buying for my mt2 the list totaling over 430 dollars....
not bad considering over 1200 went into my savage
will be turning the mt2 into a racer

fixed the front hub
replaced with the front hub from a rs4 3 evo i dont run
took it out
maybe i should be as hard as i am with the savage
snapped the clutch bell :-(

was just running my truck for a while till a nice sized ice chunk got in my way and demolised the left front c hub and steering knuckle
gonna place an order for alloy hubs and knuckles tonight

i have 3 savages and a few onroad cars
took a look at the mt2 rtr at the hobby shop and bought it right away
took it home
replaced the servo with a digital high torque servo (cant get number of...
