Personally, I have only flown one model jet...

Personally, I have only flown one model jet (Hunter, split flaps) that didn't require some down trim with flaps.

How are you guys "clocking" the speed? Air speed...

How are you guys "clocking" the speed? Air speed sensors, GPS or radar? I would be Leary of just a single peak GPS reading.
