Using 12 volts on the fuel pump is just fine for multi-tank planes - as long as you have big enough fuel lines (to keep the delta pressure low enough) or your stuff is strong enough. Either way, you...

I have used 12 volts for years on that same pump that the Jersey uses. I simply use big tubing everywhere, internal to the plane, so there is no significant pressure build-up. Works great.
