So glad I got rid of all my traxxas junk. I now have a fairly nice tamiya touring car. Traded my 4wd slash roller for it.
And YES ITS A TAMIYA YAY!!! No more craptraxxas traxxas garbage.....><LOL...

I converted my 501x to 2wd so i can run in the 2wd buggy class here.
Removed dead weight, front diff front belt, only thing I kept was the front axles so I could still use my 4wd wheels.

If your racing I highly recommend a front one way. It will make the car handle like a 2wd off throttle.
You only have 4wd when going forward. The center one-way does something similar.

Your right, the front one way kinda makes the car drive like a 2wd.
I modified a durga front one-way to fit my 501x Worlds Edition car, but still til this day nobody believes it's possible.

Lots of good info there Dimblum. Some people run thicker oil in the rear to get rid of chassis slap. 60wt rear and 35 front is what I'm running in my car.
It jumped better than what I had before...

I guess because it says titanium doesnt mean it cannot be stripped. I thought those screws would strip out the wrench and not the screw.[:-]
Guess it would be better to get the RC Screws Stainless...
