16000rpm is not enought that this engine works properly, its made rev high 20k rpm.

Flight test with rossi.
Apc 9x4 16100rpm is too heavy prop,tight turns and rpm go down.
China apc 8x4 19200rpm is very good, engine not loose rpm in tight turns,but 1:12 ekw thun is too slow plane.

Aces combat rules determine the prop size, muffler measurements and ground max rpm.
My best os.25fx with hatori muffler apc 9x5 prop 15%...
