are you nuts or trying to be funny? the spur gear on the Matrix is CNC 7075, not plastic.... i am still on my original set after gallons of fuel.... your friend has no idea what he is talking about

Call CEN direct and ask for Andrew, he will tell you how to mount your shock to prevent that. Its just a matter of setting.

as far as i know, yes 7075. the shock tower is the same on buggy/truggy. The chassis is diffeent but mine is very though. I am sure its 7075

I dotn know about that... i guess you can ask the store owner.. worse case scenario, you can always claim warranty and exchange with CEN anyways... ;)

there is nothing wrong with the servos, they are very durable and lots of power, its just a bit slow compare to airtornics , futaba...etc but it will work just fine for most occasions unless you are...

CEN already updated the engine in matrix tr arena. The one i bought last week comes with a SH based engine, not the original GO engine crap. This is one of the reason i choose Matrix. SH also...

do you have the RTR or FRE? have you try to reset your shock setting? My RTR doesnt have any problem with dogbone poping out.

I ran my TR again tonight... damn this truck is badass... Handling is so nice and VERY VERY easy to drive... going to run some more this weekend.
