hi. the batteries are POWER RACING 4200's, When I put the stock plastic prop back on the boat flies. With the GrimRacer 40x52/3 it will not even get up on a plane

I am REALLY new to this. By cells I guess you mean the Batteries? I have 4200's. Also in regaurds to the other response if It was cavitating, I can't just have someone throw the boat in everytime....
