Thanks mate, the front left is a falcon colour, emerald green. The front left is Capricornia Mica, off a VR Commodore...a bit too dark I reckon.
At the moment, I'm really digging VE Commodore green...

I have kept the 'rail on the shelf. Can't bring myself to sell it off. I think the main engine problem is sucking in air thru the crank seals at such high RPM; as this motor was NEVER...

not much going on with this, I tried a new inlet manifold - I know there are no air leaks in this - possibly I might be sucking air in thru the crank seals......not 100% sure yet.

Thanks mate.
Overall, It's about 94" long, 22 + 1/2" Wide, and about 34" high.
Getting heavy though. 35kgs. (77lbs) needs to go on a diet.:)

The box of carbs wasn't a great help. Most of 'em came from smaller motors.

So, The motor is out and apart.

I've checked my new inlet manifold (very agricultural, but there's no leaks.)

I made a new inlet manifold from the same hi temp tube I got for the header pipe...clamps'n'all to stop air leaks.
