It all depends what decoder chip is used in your Rx. I've never done it, but I know it is possible to add channels to SOME receivers.

By the way, for anyone reading this thread for the first time, when this thread was originally posted, Futaba had a discrepancy on their website listing the R112JE as wide band one link, but narrow...

Yup - that's what I meant as well. That's the same link LadyFlyer posted earlier. One shows the R112 as wideband, the other shows it as narrowband.

Is there something in-between?
