Cheers for the diagnosis. I have done some research and found some info on how tight the ball diff should be and i did indeed have it too loose, even though i thought it was tight enough.

Is there a method to tighting the diffs??

I guess I am trying to work out how tight it should be because i dont want to do it again. I assumed I had it tight enough but obviously not if you guys...

I have melted two diffs because i think they have been too tight?

Thanks for that info, it looks like the little bit of extra money is worth the while for a brushless setup. Now I just need to choose one :D

Thanks for that info squeeguk, i will consider what you have said there with regard to the Mamba Max setup instead of the brush motor.
