Well how long have you run the 14 cells? I just ran mine for a full charge on the 14 cells, never got the ESC hot and never had an issue at all.

After doing some trimming the boat is running...

Thanks for the help, I knew there was an easy way to do this. Now I need the time. LOL I will try and get it done this weekend and do some more testing, especially with the new radio setup.
