On all my Saito engines: 14/21/30/36 and this OS GF40 I am using 20:1 Evolution Oil.
In fact I do not see such wear on Saito engines, wich I run for much longer.

As I mentioned in one of my first reports the area under rocker cover is VERY well lubricated. I have removed oil before taking video.

Regarding usage of 19x8 !
Answer: please, notice that I am using WIDE blade prop: APC 18x8W.
This one is loading engine as 19x8 with normal width blades.
If to go for 20x7/8 then RPM is going...

Yes, the static trust has been measured with electronic fish scale of up to 50 LB max.
It's provide very accurate measurement. They are available at Canadian Tire store here in Canada as well...

If a Twin then most likely it will be 80cc, wich will be built based on Gf40.
The same approach is already used by SAITO.
I wish to sneak into OS lab to see what is the next on the table :-)

Sorry, not to offence you, but it sound you do not have much experience tuning carbs from the scratch. DLE engines come with carb settings where you really don't need to adjust anything. DLE engines...

For 88" TigerM 30cc 4-stroke will be more than enough otherwise it will be a rocket with 40cc and doesn't fly scale :-).
SAITO FG-30 will more suitable although I believe in 6 months OS will come...
