I have no idea as I don't own a radar gun and I can't commit to putting my $400 Garmin in a boat. I will say I'm so impressed with the top speed I have no desire at this time to look for more.

I agree with SV27dayton here. Check for binding in the drive line, check your tabs, run one of the props suggested and your boat should leap out of the water from a standing start.
