Rich - I got my Grimes lights built and operating. Then when I painted them the paint went right through the liquid mask I was using and totally ruined the lens!! So now I have to build a second...

Thanks Rich. Yes I do have a scroll saw. It's a Dremel and not a very good one, but it is two speed so hopefully the slow speed will work. I picked up a piece of 6" by 12" 1/16" brass plate today...

Switched to 1/8 ply but now having lots of fun figuring out the angle. Seems my iteration is quite different than yours Rich. Probably due to mounting on 1/8ply and using double thickness of 1/32...

OK!!! So I can't cut 1/16" brass!! Tried with a jewellers saw and Saber saw with special blade and used kerosene as a lubricant. It just grabbed and laughed at me. Would 1/8 ply do?? Or can you...
