I have a kyosho spin fin as the left turn fin. This was put on by FineDesign RC when I purchased it. Maybe I should swap this out for the stock turn fin assembly and I will be more stable?

I never see water coming out! I can only go about 50% throttle and then it gets messy and hops and flips. I have tried moving the trim tabs down and batteries forward about an inch whcih helped but...

Bummer Ryan. Sounds like an expensive incident but luckily you can replace all the parts. Better than loosing the whole boat.

Blackjack Wow just checked the Spectrum website and it looks pretty sweet. Looks like the antena will stay in the lid as well which makes taping easier Spread spectrum tech and 2.4 ghz sounds...

Is it possible to change the crystal in the stock SV Futaba pistol radio? I see the crystal in the boat but is there one in the radio that I can change out as well? I want a way to change channels...

SFC K If you are prepared to do some work then the SV is fine and has amazing potential. Wow factor is like 10/10 with speeds capable of 30-40 mph. I would say this is a more of a professional...

Wild turkey I am surprised your boat is stable with your tabs at neutral to slightly up. My similar set up with 6 cells just hopped above 50% throttle. My extra burst of speed was airborn back...
