I am waiting to see when the new versions come out so I can buy the pro kits. if there isnt much difference I may just look for some discounted FRE kits and swap my cool stuff over.

I think I read somewhere that with the cross pin diffs you have to run a different diff case too. check www.cenracingdirect.com and i think the case part # is mx212

so the washer needs to be 8 mm thick or what? also looking at my "exploded view" sheet that came with the truggy what part #s does the washer need to be between? I have the newer shorter arms on it.

the .21 is running decent. last night was my 1st real run with it, and despite my terrible tuning (it came off the track at 313 degrees last night [sm=red_smile.gif] ) I still ran 2nd in the b main....

Romax, the CEN set up will not fit the SH.28 thats stock in the matrix truggy. I had to use a HPI backplate (i believe it was from a savage) with some tiger drive spacers to adapt mine to a rotostart...

Does anyone know if the cen rotor start backplate will work on the SH.28 motor? I gotta get rid of the frickin pullstart on this thing, but would really prefer to not have to buy a starter box.

mine is the same, but i dont see why it wouldnt work for you??? It does kind of stick out a bit on mine, so i may mock one up with a piece of lexan off a body.

.i bent the turnbuckles on mine too and didnt realize it until friday. i went to www.cenracingdirect.com and ordered a new set, a spare set of steering knuckles (i have heard they are a bit fragile)...

youll have to make a hole if you wanna start it with the body on even if youre using a roto start or starter box to get the ignitor in. I just take the body off. I will probably convert it to a roto...

revs, try changing your preload a bit to help with hard landings. if you make it so the springs are already compressed more it effectively stiffens up the suspension and makes it handle big hits...
