Well, I picked up a ready to fly version and a bind and fly version on Friday.

I took the RTF out with me to the field Saturday and it flew great, for about 2 minutes. Then the rudder locked...

No, actually pretty small as far as yards go. My lot is about 1\5 of an acre. Subtract out the part with the house and the front yard and...well you get the idea.

WOW! I would jump on that deal if I could find it!!. Last full size I saw for sale was around $1.5 million!
