RE: *** CLUB SUPER TIGRE ***

Ok the main reason I have seen the larger ST motors blow plugs out of the head is they were run too hot without adequate cooling, and fuel with too high a nitro content. These babies do NOT need...

RE: *** CLUB SUPER TIGRE ***

I cant speak for the smaller motors, my smallest ST is the 25cc. I have 9 now up to the 60cc twin, and they were all bears till they had at least 2 gallons fuel thru them and run in properly. I...

RE: *** CLUB SUPER TIGRE ***

I wouldnt be using so small a prop, I would try a 13 x 5 as a minimum for that engine if you insist on a low pitch prop. I actually think a 12 x 6 would be better still

RE: *** CLUB SUPER TIGRE ***

How much gain?  That I cant honestly say,  depends on a few variables, like state of your motor, fuel type etc,  I only run YS and rossi motors now, and have never run a std mufler on either.  I can...

RE: *** CLUB SUPER TIGRE ***

I run 10x7 or 11 x 6 props on all my 45/46 motors,  and I have a YS45 happily turning a 11 x 7, but its run on 30% nitro, pipe and is mounted to my float plane, a converted trainer.  It only sees wot...

RE: *** CLUB SUPER TIGRE ***

with the pipe set properly you should actually be ble to get a lower idle, but at low rpm it wont make that much of a difference.  Also if tuned to a bigger prop the motor should also be a little...

RE: *** CLUB SUPER TIGRE ***

the main thing with a header is the drop,  which you will need to figure once you work out where you will mount the pipe.  Then its a matter of tuning the header / pipe length to the motor, which is...

RE: *** CLUB SUPER TIGRE ***

if the pressure tube came of your muffler, it may cause your engine to lean out.   also its time to replace that needle o-ring,  It should not be able to do that,  a likely cause for it to be there...

RE: *** CLUB SUPER TIGRE ***

RE: *** CLUB SUPER TIGRE ***

NOT at all, those oils are designed for water cooled motors that run at lower tamps, and would lose protctive abilities at our motors higher temps
