I never measured but "Yeah" sitting on the ground, just dosen't look like enough wing area. I probably really dont want to know "Ignorance is Bliss" But saying that, I power mine with the O.S....

Check Rust Oleum: they seem to have a match for just about everything and appears to be somewhat fuelproof like about up to 15%

If you have the skills to fly that T-6 you will have no problems with the Staggerwing: especially flying off grass. My field is asphalt, so my left hand is very busy, landing and take off...

All weight is just aft of the firewall. My throttle servo is mounted ON the firewall, not much weight there as its a HS 81 micro

I have had mine about the same time, I think you were on the build thread the same time as I was. I use the 160 FS Twin, retracts everything (the receiver and glow battery) right up...

Especially if you fly off had surface. I have the recommended 160 FS which I believe is less power than the G26. Mine is 20.5 lbs and has plenty of power for take off. Level flight is about 2/3...
