I have gone with Blue Bird servos for both steering and the throttle. There is mixed reviews about these servos but for the price I paid they were well worth it.

if your engine is bump start then it should be fine. If you have roto or pull start then you may need to use mount spacers to clear the back plate.
OS makes nice spacers part # 72404110 for that...

Had the diffs apart to clean and change the oil and noticed the both disks on the brakes were damaged hence the reason for bad breaking..

I dont know about the pads, I think it is the servo not being beefy enough. I had the same problem with the Muggy so I replaced the 590 with Blue Bird 144 oz servo and now she is stopping real well....

Thanks Tom, I used a pair of OS engine spacers and mounted the Sirio 27 I had in it with no problem. The Mach back plate is really large and needed two set of those spacers. The mesh is perfect even...
