I had a Q-42 in my J3 cub and had a lot of problems with vibration the motor shook it self off the fire wall 2wice. I was lucky that 1 bolt and throtle cable keept it on the airplane until I landed....

I have not noticed enough vibration to cause any damage to the air frame. The engine seems to run smooth with a xoar 20X10 prop.
