Thanks Profitofdoom, Since LIPO's are lighter in weight I may also add some stick-on wheel weights to inside of hull to add weight. I may also tuck rudder in slightly so to turn better.

This type cooling system seems safer...no silicone. Silicone acts as an insulator not allowing heat to escape when water flow is lost.
