RE: -OFFICIAL CASTER RACING K8T TRUGGY THREAD-

Possibly, but considering these are engineered in Taiwan, where they don't predominately run supercross style tracks like we do in the states, (watch some video's on YouTube, they are actually pretty...

RE: -OFFICIAL CASTER RACING K8T TRUGGY THREAD-

The Spec 3 is a beast and a fuel hog. If you plan on racing I'd go with a good .21. If your just bashing or racing with friends the LRP is a monster and cheap.

RE: -OFFICIAL CASTER RACING K8T TRUGGY THREAD-

After I typed that I figured it would probably be better to just pick up some front (shorter) springs for the OFNA Big Bores and use those.

RE: -OFFICIAL CASTER RACING K8T TRUGGY THREAD-

The old stock shocks were the same length as well, causing the front to sit higher than the rear, kinda figured they would have corrected that with the new shocks. One thing you can do is cut a coil...

RE: -OFFICIAL CASTER RACING K8T TRUGGY THREAD-

If you wanted to keep both rear mounting posts stock instead of a single center modification, I think the Pro Line Crowd Pleazer 2.0 for the Kyosho ST-RR is your best bet. Thats what I plan on using...

RE: -OFFICIAL CASTER RACING K8T TRUGGY THREAD-

I'd use the Go...I'm sure a lot of people here will probably recommend the same. Picco's are generally too punchy for tracks on this side of the pond. Smooth tractable power engines are better and...

RE: -OFFICIAL CASTER RACING K8T TRUGGY THREAD-

Vnmsgt had the Picco .28 in his and removed it only because of the air leaks the Picco's are known for, he never had a diff problem as far as I know. Except when he forgot to put a shim back after he...

RE: -OFFICIAL CASTER RACING K8T TRUGGY THREAD-

HoleshotHobbies.com is Vnmsgt's site Revo, thats where I bought mine. The Pro Kit has a few differences from the RTR. RTR has 6061 Aluminum, heavier than the 7075 of the Kit. Kit has full CVD's all...

You can always loosen the screws for the shoes if you think it's a little much BC, thats also how you adjust your brake bias.
