You'll be suprised how well behaved it is now on take off and landings, I was amazed as were my flying buddies, the only negative thing i have found with it is it reduced the roll response a little...

Took my Z out yesterday, shes one of the original 1st batch models, with a saito 170R3, sounds awesome i reckon, any way Jason did well filming it with his iphone !!.

Hi Pete,
I sent through some pictures of my gear set up to Seagull, as when they changed the wire gear for the strut they removed the rear bracing wire which I thought was a mistake as it keeps...

Hi Oberst, I think you'll find the big wheels if at a low inflation will elliminate alot of the bounce, I have had some less than perfect landings with mine & the wheels & aftermarket struts I have...

Well repairs are all finished & she's ready to go again..hopefully the wing tip skids will work & protect my reinforced tips.

Thanks to Duane for supplying some of his covering, I have finally made a start on the repairs.
The fuse is finished & covered & one wing tip stripped repaired & a skid attached to protect it.

If you can get a rear brace wire on your gear it will solve alot of problems, open out the bottom of the pants so theres no way the wheels can foul on them during a hard landing.

Would depend on what sort a flying you wanted to do, I think she fly's well even slow so if you were after a scale flight speed then the 20cc would be ok, however if you want a bit of verticle...

Put four more flights on mine during the week after a week or so out of action due to a take off incident .
Flying down on the salt lakes south of Perth now & your correct about being a crowd...
