I understand. I have a couple of Xoar props done that way from the factory. Not sure the material used for weight but it's green. About 1mm in diameter. Not sure how far it goes into the hub.

True. You can also drill a small hole in the hub and add a little weight.

Never done a 4 blade the principle is the same....

Never done a 4 blade the principle is the same. Once on a balance device the heavy blade goes to the bottom and you can start by adding weight opposite or sanding there. Just dont make the mistake...
