I think you have to exchange the mounts every time you change the body unless you run VERY long mounts for the LB that are verticle or horizontal mounts on the MP body somehow.

I am happy using the stock LB springs, Pede bodies with travel limited inside the body with fuel tubing. No leaks...no problems!

that is what I did (check my pics)
Spreads the load on the chassis and makes the box feel more solid.

I wonder if running a solid machine screw straight through the two holes for the wheelie bar can create enough rigidity to spread the load the wheelie bar puts on those little spots on the gearcase....

I like my electrics because i can throw them in front of my house on the street and just run around a bit unlike my nitros. I am going to try to keep it rubber side down and do more offroad stuff...

Yeah...the charm.

My aftermarket shocks rub less but it is still an issue with it.

Thanks...the grey or silver bodied shocks are actually going to match!

I realized i had to paint my goldie rims and that they are mounted with a ton of glue since they had a tendency to rip off....

that is precisely what I was going to run when the chassis came in.

Anyone want to scratchbuild a TVP type savage chassis for the LB? That would be super sweet!

I am getting rid of my Goldie with wheels becuase hard plastic is great for looks/detail but it just adds so much weight to the top of the truck it winds up ruining it if I run it on the street.

The width and height looked good and the extra inch + on the length didn't seem like a big deal.

Is it the wheelbase that is way off?

Has anyone considered this body? It fits the Wheelie King and it looks like it would work well due to being a smaller 1/10 body...
